Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Discounts apply only to purchases of eligible products as explicitly stated in our product listings or quotations.

2. Discount Tiers and Schedule

2.1 Discounts are calculated based on the number of units purchased semi-annually (or per agreed-upon period, if applicable).

2.2 Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless expressly permitted.

2.3 Discounts are calculated based on cumulative purchases made within each discount period as follows:

Period 1: January 1 – June 15

Period 2: June 16 – December 31

2.4 At the start of each new period, cumulative quantities reset to zero, and purchases begin accumulating toward new discount thresholds. Discounts earned during one period do not carry over to the next period.

3. Modifications and Termination

3.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue quantity discount offerings at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

3.2 Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed prior to the effective date of such changes.

4.General Terms

4.1 By placing an order and accepting a quantity discount, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
