  • At Timberscapes, we've created an easy to build, solid wood structure that still has the elegant timber frame look. Our process gives you the ability to build your pavilion without hiring specialists, saving you money without losing quality.

  • We know that every space is unique, that’s why we offer complete customization. We’re not only talking about color and roofing options, we allow you to customize the size of your structure down to the inch!

    Our add on options like wiring packages allow us to make the complete process a breeze! We’ll make each part of your structure with you in mind. Other custom options include walls and engineered drawings to ensure easy permit pulling, inspections, and building processes!

  • We’ve made the entire process available online. Convience and accuracy are our top priorities, we achieve these goals by having fast and clear communication with team members, and attention to details. Our team is here to help create your dream structure without all the hassle!

  • Our pavilions are crafted from rough sawn Eastern White Pine and finished with an oil based stain and sealer, giving you a finished product that is durable and beautiful!

We’re not a one size fits all kit company. We custom cut each piece of your structure in order to give to you ultimate control of your project.

FAQs

Do I need to get a permit?

Local building codes vary, so make sure you check the requirements for your area. Whether you’re working with the building department or you have a HOA, it’s always best to contact and get approval before you start building.

Will I need to rent any heavy equipment?

No, you don’t need to spend extra money renting heavy equipment for our pavilion kits. While weight does vary, all of our timbers can be handled by 2-4 people.

How long does it take to complete a pavilion project?

From design to completion, the timeline typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project, permitting, inspection (if required), and lead time.

Can you add electrical/lighting?

Yes, get creative! We can design your pavilion to accommodate electrical and lighting. We recommend making this a part of the design process, so that our carpenters can craft your structure with channels to hide wiring, eliminating the need for exposed conduit.

What areas do you serve?

We will ship pavilion kits to most US states. Please reach out to confirm if we can ship to your area!

Do you provide installation?

Timberscapes does not offer installation. We can provide kits with instructions if you prefer to handle the build yourself or if you chooses to hire a local contractor, we can work with them to coordinate your project!

Do your pavilions come with a warranty?

Yes! Our structures come with a 1 year warranty that covers our workmanship and materials. Our metal and shingles both have a 30 years limited warranty, not warranted by Timberscapes, and subject to the applicable company’s guidelines.
